Usage Terms

1. Ownership and copyright
   All of the photographs and videos I provide are protected by copyright law. As the creator, I retain full ownership and copyright of all the images and content. While I’m delighted to share these with you, please remember that transferring the photos / videos to you doesn’t mean transferring ownership. Instead, you have a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them for the specific purposes we’ve agreed upon prior to the shoot. If you have any special requests please contact me.

2. Licensing for others
   If a third party, such as a business, organisation, or another individual, wants to use any of these images, they will need to obtain a licence directly from me. Please feel free to pass on my details if such a request occurs. My details are provided at the bottom of this page.

3. Acknowledgements
   If you’re sharing or publishing your photos online, I’d really appreciate it if you could give credit to me wherever possible. It’s a great way to support my work and help others to discover what I do.

4. Making changes to your photos
   I kindly ask that you don’t modify, alter, or create new works from the photos without my permission. If you need any adjustments, just let me know—I’m happy to help.
